Kakihara ichi the killer

Poor Ichi is under the evil influence of Jijii (Shinya Tsukamoto), who uses him to get at Kakihara (Tadanobu Asano), the masochistic member of his old gang. When he's not goring people, he sits around and cries. Armed with only two extendible blades in the heels of his shoes, which stick out only around an inch, he gores, eviscerates and slices a room full of yakuza to shreds. He wears a black rubber suit with the number 1 on the back, like a sports jersey. These memories server as the impetus to become a howling murderer when set off. Actually, Ichi (Nao Omori) has been hypnotized to think this happened to him. He's a severely mentally disturbed man who was brutally picked on as a child, including witnessing a rape of a schoolgirl and being too afraid to do anything. "Ichi" isn't a name, it's the Japanese word for the number one. The Movie Based on an uber-violent manga comic and directed by Takashi Miike, who makes more movies in a year than Tarantino has made in his life, Ichi the Killer is an unwatchable mess of a movie with no redeeming value or elements that make the incredible gore and violence tolerable. Then all you're left with in either movie is a bunch of yakuza being sliced and diced. If you take away Quentin Tarantino's skill, wit, sharp dialogue, and of course, the six-foot tall blonde beauty. A lot of people have drawn analogies between Ichi the Killer and Kill Bill. Asian cinema can be brave, bold, and incredibly touching. Well, I have to stop letting you guys pick my movies.
